1.  Print and fill out the 2008 non-athlete registration form.

2.  Print and fill out the 2008 Registration Summary Form.

3.  Write a check payable to South Dakota Swimming for the non-athlete fee.

4.  Mail the non-athlete registration form, the registration summary form and the non-athlete fee to:

Please note:  Coaches please make sure all of your certifications are current.  I will be unable to register you as a coach and will register you as Other until your CPR, First Aid, Safety Training, Background Screen and Coaches Test (if applicable) are current.

Please note:  You may also renew your non-athlete registration when your club renews its membership and send this at that time.  Most USA Swimming non-athletes who are renewing send their application at the time their club is renewing it's membership for the next year/season.
