You may want to read the following from USA Swimming in regard to
coach issues.

1. Print and fill out the 2008 Non-Athlete Registration
Form.

2. Print and fill out the 2008 Registration Summary Form (part
B).

3. Write a check payable to South Dakota Swimming for the
non-athlete fee.
4. Start
your background screen at USA Swimming's website.
5. Complete each of the three coaches certifications (CPR,
First Aid and Safety Training). Here is a list of USA
Swimming approved courses:
2007-2008
Coach Safety Education Courses Approved List.
6. Photocopy or scan in a .pdf document the front and back
of each card.
7. Send the non-athlete registration form, the registration
summary form, the check and the photocopy (or scan) of the front and
back of all three cards to:
